Yoga Classes

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, the studio offers a range of classes to suit everyone.


By using an abundance of props such as blankets, blocks, straps, sandbags and eye coverings, you will be guided through a series of postures which are held for an extended period of time to support, open and guide the body towards a place of complete relaxation without stretching or straining. 


Seasonal Yoga is a vinyasa style flow that is suitable for all levels. It aligns you with the transformational energies of nature and the seasons in a practice that improves your physical strength and flexibility, whilst also bringing balance and harmony into your life. Every season we are provided with an opportunity to be guided by nature and the elements. 


Yin yoga is the perfect complement to the more yang style of Seasonal Yoga. It is slower and more passive yet can still be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. Yin yoga invites us to enter into a place of stillness.

Menopause yoga can help to rebalance and alleviate some of the symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, anxiety, low mood, fatigue, overwhelm etc by working through a series of adapted yoga postures, breathing practices, mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you transition through the different stages of menopause.
The blueprint for many other physical styles of yoga like Vinyasa and Seasonal yoga. Usually slower paced and will include breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditation.

Flowing from one pose to another in synchrony with the breath, Vinyasa yoga can be energising, strengthening and creative. Often building to a “peak pose”.

Pregnancy yoga can help decrease anxiety and also strengthen the body in preparation for childbirth. It’s also a great way of meeting other mums to be.

Currently we run monthly restorative sessions on a Friday evening as well as sound baths on a Sunday evening.
Our Studio

Yoga Studio in Larbert

Opened in August 2022, The Tranquil Yoga Studio offers a range of classes to suit everybody.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for some time, we hope to provide a space where you feel supported and encouraged. Taking some time out for yourself and hopefully making some new friends along the way.

The studio is based on the top floor of The Suite, Carrongrange House, Larbert with stunning views out towards the Falkirk Wheel.
